What You’ll Own

Implement the full clinical journey for each patient—from initial assessment and treatment planning through follow‑up care and long‑term results. Build relationships with patients who return because of your care.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Conduct consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document accurately using a custom EMR designed to simplify charting.
• Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor.
• Stay current on FDA‑cleared technologies added to the treatment menu.

Qualifications

Track A – Clinical Background

• Current RN license (state‑issued).
• 1+ year acute care experience (ER, ICU, or Med‑Surg).
• Eager to build aesthetics skills—full training provided.

Track B – Aesthetics Background

• Current RN license (state‑issued).
• 2+ years in aesthetics practice.
• Seeking structure, volume, and a clear growth path.
• Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient‑centered.
• Weekend and evening availability required.
• Comfortable in a high‑volume clinic treating 15‑25 patients per day.
• Work at up to 3 assigned locations within a 30‑mile radius.
• Full‑time hours (approx. 36–40 hrs/week).
