Job summary

LaserAway in Pasadena is looking for a Registered Nurse to deliver aesthetic treatments, managing the full clinical journey for patients. The role includes performing skin rejuvenation procedures, conducting consultations, and collaborating with a dedicated team in a high-volume clinic environment.

Weekend availability is a must, as the job requires a fixed schedule working full weekends. The ideal candidate should have an RN license and a desire to develop aesthetics skills, with full training provided from day one.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (state‑issued).
• 1+ year acute care experience (ER, ICU, or Med‑Surg) for Track A.
• 2+ years in aesthetics practice for Track B.

What You’ll Own

Your patient's full clinical journey—from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow‑up care and long‑term results. You’ll build relationships with patients who return because of you, not just the brand.

Day‑to‑day: performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments; conducting consultations; designing individualized treatment plans; documenting accurately; and partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor.

You’ll work with a custom EMR built for LaserAway—fully digital and designed to simplify charting so you stay focused on patients, not paperwork. As we continuously add the latest FDA‑cleared technologies, you’ll always be practicing at the forefront of aesthetic medicine.

TRACK A – CLINICAL BACKGROUND

• Current RN license (state‑issued)
• 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med‑Surg)
• Eager to build aesthetics skills—full training provided

TRACK B – AESTHETICS BACKGROUND

• Current RN license (state‑issued)
• 2+ years in aesthetics practice
• Looking for structure, volume, and a growth path
• Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient‑centered
• Weekend availability required (full weekends; this is a fixed schedule role)
• Comfortable in a high‑volume clinic environment treating 15‑25 patients per day.

Schedule & Coverage

• Fixed schedule — same days each week, no overnights
• Full weekends are part of this role; evenings may apply depending on clinic hours
• Work at up to 3 assigned locations within a 30 mile radius.
• Full‑time hours (approx. 36–40 hrs/week) — estimated $xxK–$xxK annually at full‑time
