Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Thousand Oaks, California. You will be the vital clinical expert that patients trust for aesthetic treatments, managing their full journey from initial consultations to long-term results.

This full-time position offers up to $50/hr base plus a $5/hr weekend differential. Responsibilities include performing treatments and building lasting patient relationships. Training is provided, and you'll work in a high-volume environment treating multiple patients per day.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of acute care experience (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg).
• Eager to build aesthetics skills, full training provided.
• Comfortable treating 15-25 patients per day.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient's full clinical journey from assessment to follow-up.
• Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Design individualized treatment plans in partnership with staff.

Registered Nurse – Aesthetic Training Provided

$50/hr base + $5/hr weekend differential - Weekend Availability Required - No overnights

You will be the clinical expert patients trust to achieve results they didn’t think possible without surgery – owning every treatment relationship from first consult through long‑term results.

Responsibilities

Your patient's full clinical journey – from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow‑up care and long‑term results. You will build relationships with patients who come back because of you, not just the brand.

Day‑to‑day: performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments; conducting consultations; designing individualized treatment plans; documenting accurately; and partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor.

You'll work with a custom EMR built for LaserAway – fully digital and designed to simplify charting so you stay focused on patients, not paperwork. As we continuously add the latest FDA‑cleared technologies to our treatment menu, you will always be practicing at the forefront of aesthetic medicine.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (state‑issued)
• 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med‑Surg) – TRACK A
• Eager to build aesthetics skills – full training provided
• 2+ years in aesthetics practice – TRACK B
• Looking for structure, volume, and a growth path
• Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient‑centered
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Comfortable in a high‑volume clinic environment treating 15-25 patients per day
• Work at up to 3 assigned locations within a 30‑mile radius
• Full‑time hours (approx. 36-40 hrs/week)
