Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking an RN/Circulator for the OR to provide comprehensive perioperative care. The role includes assessments, care planning, medication administration and patient education in a fast-paced cardiothoracic setting.

Required: RN license, ACLS/BLS, 1+ year OR/CVICU experience; Sign-on bonus and relocation support for eligible candidates. Full-time daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in OR Circulator or CVICU environment preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• RN license active in Florida or eligible.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex cardiothoracic cases.

Responsibilities

$20,000 Sign-on Bonus and $3,000 Relocation Bonus for eligible applicants

*Terms: 12-month Employment Contract Required for Sign-On and Relocation.

Sign-on Eligibility: Applicable experience required. Internal Candidates and Rehires within 12 months are not eligible.

Relocation Eligibility: Must live 50 miles outside of campus address.

Conduct comprehensive assessments to gather data on patients' physical, emotional, and social health status.

Develop and implement individualized care plans with specific goals and interventions based on assessment data.

Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.

Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary and documenting progress.

Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies to empower them in managing their health.

• +1 year of OR Circulator Experience
• CVICU experience [Preferred]
• CVOR experience [Preferred]
