AdventHealth OR nursing opportunities welcome compassionate, skilled RNs. The role involves data-driven assessments, developing care plans, and safe medication administration to support cardiothoracic patients.

You will educate families, monitor responses, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a day shift environment. Active RN license and ACLS/BLS are required.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Active RN license; ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Job Description:

Schedule: Full-Time Shift: Days $20,000 Sign-on Bonus and $3,000 Relocation Bonus for eligible applicants

*Terms: 12-month Employment Contract Required for Sign-On and Relocation.

Sign-on Eligibility: Applicable experience required.

Internal Candidates and Rehires within 12 months are not eligible.

Relocation Eligibility: Must live 50 miles outside of campus address.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans with specific goals and interventions based on assessment data.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Peri-operative or post-operative care of cardiothoracic patients [Required]
• Management of mechanical circulatory devices [Required]
• Ability to care for complex cardiothoracic surgical and advanced heart and lung disease patients [Required]
• EKG (based on patient population; see document EKG and Advanced Life Support Requirements) [Required]

Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:

• +1 year of OR Circulator Experience CVICU experience [Preferred] CVOR experience [Preferred]
