Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
• 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Provide nursing care via the nursing process (assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate) for assigned patients.
• Address complex psychosocial needs of patients and families in line with practice.
• Administer meds and treatments per protocol; monitor effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, meds and care given.
• Assess learning needs and educate patients and families.
