Job summary

ScionHealth is seeking an RN at the Paramount hospital campus to deliver comprehensive patient care in an acute care/ARU environment. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with complex needs.

The role demands an active RN license, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to educate patients and families. A baseline six months of medical/surgical experience is preferred to support high-quality discharge planning and safe

Qualifications

• Postsecondary nursing certificate or diploma (Required).
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred).
• Active RN license in state or compact state (Required upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Develop and coordinate nursing care plans with patient, family and team.
• Administer medications following the five rights; monitor responses.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient education.
