Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a registered nurse with dialysis expertise to provide inpatient dialysis care in a Wisconsin hospital. You will manage hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis for patients with end-stage renal disease across ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units.

Responsibilities include monitoring patients, adjusting treatments, and collaborating with hospital teams and DaVita staff to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Gives dialysis care including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and CRRT.
• Monitors patient status and adjusts treatment as needed.
• Collaborates with hospital teams and DaVita clinicians.

Job description

• Provide dialysis care in a hospital setting for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions


• Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis


• Work directly with patients in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units


• Collaborate with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff


• Monitor patients, adjust treatment, and ensure quality outcomes


• Support and oversee patient care with the help of PCTs


• Adapt quickly in a dynamic hospital environment


• Rotate between facilities as needed


• Work regular and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays


• Adjust daily schedules based on patient needs

Requirements

• Dialysis experience required for part-time


• Current RN license in the state of practice


• ADN required


• BSN preferred


• ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience helpful but not required


• CNN/CDN certification preferred


• Must pass a color vision test; accommodations available


• Full vaccination against COVID-19 may be required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible


• Must work regular and on‑call shifts, including weekends and holidays


• Willingness to rotate between Eau Claire, Marshfield, and Weston facilities as needed
