Summerlin Hospital, part of The Valley Health System in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a registered nurse to provide safe, patient-centered care in a busy unit. The role includes clinical leadership, coordinating care with the healthcare team, and upholding Service Excellence standards.

Requirements include a Nevada RN license, BLS, ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable, BSN preferred, and at least one year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty course within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and completion of a Specialty course/or equivalent within 6 months of hire.
• BSN preferred.
• One-year acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months of hire.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Current ACLS Certification (adult patients), current PALS Certification (pediatric patients) or current NRP Certification (Neonatal patients).
• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
