CHRISTUS Health in Louisiana seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide independent nursing care in a fast-paced setting. The role focuses on assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient needs, with delegation to care team members as required.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related nursing experience, a BSN preferred, and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. RN license must be valid in the state or via a compact licensure.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• 1 year experience in related nursing specialty preferred.
• BLS required; RN license in state of employment or compact.
• ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and other required certifications per policy.

Responsabilidades

• Performs nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Administers medications and treatments; monitors side effects and effectiveness.
• Documents patient history, symptoms, medications, and care given.
• Educates patients and families; assesses learning needs and resources.
