Southern Illinois Healthcare seeks a registered nurse to provide professional nursing care for SIH patients in a hospital setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate a patient’s care in collaboration with the healthcare team, and you will educate patients and families to promote health and well-being.

Applicant must hold an Illinois RN license and maintain CPR/BLS, ACLS/PALS, with additional certifications as listed.

Qualificações

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• CPR/BLS and ACLS/PALS certifications in required timelines.
• TNCC or TNS within 1 year of hire or graduation; ACLS, Fetal Monitoring and NRP timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
• Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized care plan with the care team.
• Deliver health teaching and counseling to promote health.
• Document accurately in patient records and ensure safety.
• Float to SIH units within competency when required.
