Qualifications

• PALS/NRP to be kept current where required.
• Unit-specific certifications and NICU/ER credentials.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for SIH patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with the care team.
• Educate patients and families; promote health and wellbeing.
• Document accurately in patient records; maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality.
• Float to SIH units within competency; participate in policy development.
