Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective nursing care across the care continuum.
• Administer medications and document care per policies.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and support discharge planning.
• Use critical thinking to identify changes in patient condition and intervene.
• Educate patients and families using teach-back for engagement.
• Follow safety protocols and infection prevention practices.
• Enter clinical documentation in EMR and care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Support precepting and onboarding of new associates.
• Promote bedside communication and rounding culture.
