Job summary

00 RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring an RN for the ACTT program to provide crisis response, stabilization, and community-based care for individuals with behavioral health needs. The role emphasizes rehabilitation, skill-building, and independence within community settings.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, with preferred BSN and at least one year of nursing experience, including behavioral health exposure. A valid driver’s license and commitment to training are required.

Qualifications

• Requires an unencumbered Registered Nursing License.
• For certain behavioral health services additional requirements may apply.
• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred; not always required for all roles; relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Following the supports and services as indicated in the recipients Crisis Plan, which is a component of all person centered plans.
• Participating as member of interdisciplinary team, attending PCP meetings, developing plans as requested.
• Monitoring consumers and taking appropriate action for side effects and adverse reactions to medications.
• Assisting team members with assessing learning needs of the consumers and carries out teaching as indicated.
