Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active TN RN license.

• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive resident assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered care.
• Monitor and respond to changes in resident conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interprofessional team.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, ensuring documentation accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and participate in admissions and discharges.
