Job summary

Smoky Mountain Health & Rehabilitation Center in Pigeon Forge, TN is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs, a new wage structure, same-day pay, and 12-hour shifts across FT, PT, and PRN options.

New graduates are welcome, and opportunities for leadership development exist within a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program.
• Current, active Tennessee RN license.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Leadership abilities and commitment to quality resident care.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care per resident care plans.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor changes.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with the care team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders.
• Recognize changes and communicate with physicians and providers.
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff.
• Coordinate care to promote safety and positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communications.
