Job summary

Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Dresden, TN is actively seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. This full-time RN role offers a $7,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay, with opportunities in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, and post-acute care to support resident-centered healthcare.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

Perform comprehensive resident assessments and ongoing evaluations
Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered care
Monitor and assess resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Coordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
Supervise and support LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Participate in admissions, care planning, and discharge processes
Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

RN Qualifications
