Job summary

Hope Springs Care Center in Colorado is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per care plans under supervision. The role emphasizes resident dignity and quality care in a long-term care setting, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a compensation plan designed to increase pay over time.

Responsibilities include assisting with feeding, grooming, mobility, and daily living activities, maintaining records, and safely transporting residents as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least one year of previous work experience is desired
• Education: High school diploma or GED
• License: Current Colorado CNA certification or completion of a Colorado CNA training program.

Responsibilities

• Providing for the continuous care and comfort of assigned residents
• Feeding residents and accounting for their daily intake of food and liquids
• Assisting residents with daily grooming and hygienic needs, including bathing, dressing and using the toilet
• Helping residents stand, walk, exercise, sit and lie down
• Safely escorting and/or transporting residents to and from their rooms and other areas of the facility.
• Fill out and maintain patient records
• Other tasks as assigned
