We are looking for a Full-Time Lead Nurse to add to our team at the PRTF!
A Day in The Life as a Lead Nurse:
At Pathway, our Lead Nurse leads a team of health care professionals providing oversight and treatment planning for the physical wellbeing of our children/ adolescents receiving residential treatment for behavioral health needs. Providing nursing care for children who are working to overcome the trauma they have experienced, the Lead Nurse ensures that all assessments are completed, medication management orders are fulfilled, and children and families are educated about the care they are receiving. The Lead Nurse and their team coordinate and complete health appointments, and appointments with in-house medication providers. The Lead Nurse ensures that all documentation meets federal, state, and program requirements.
