Pathway Family Services is seeking a Lead Nurse to oversee a team providing nursing care for children in a residential treatment setting. You will ensure assessments and medication management are completed, coordinate health appointments, and educate families about care.
The role emphasizes trauma-informed collaboration with clients, families, and team members, in-office scheduling, and compliance with program standards. Kansas RN licensure is required.

At Pathway, our Lead Nurse leads a team of healthcare professionals providing oversight and treatment planning for the physical wellbeing of our children/adolescents receiving residential treatment for behavioral health needs.
Providing nursing care for children who are working to overcome the trauma they have experienced, the Lead Nurse ensures that all assessments are completed, medication management orders are fulfilled, and children and families are educated about the care they are receiving.
The Lead Nurse and their team coordinate and complete health appointments, and appointments with in‑house medication providers.
The Lead Nurse ensures that all documentation meets federal, state, and program requirements.

Being licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kansas is a requirement of this position.
This is an in‑office position.
Schedule is flexible and determined in collaboration with facility administration to cover all needs of a 24/7 residential facility.
Supervision Experience Preferred.
Must be 21 years of age and 3 years older than the oldest resident.
Must have a valid driver’s license and meet agency underwriting standards while driving agency or personal vehicle to transport clients.
Must have a valid driver’s insurance.
Must be eligible for credentialing with Kansas Medicaid for billing needs.
