Job summary

Harlan Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our care team across shifts in Harlan, KY. The starting rate is $36.00 per hour with night and weekend differentials and experience-based pay. Walk-ins are welcome.

The RN will provide nursing care in assigned units, administer medications, and collaborate with the health care team to meet resident needs in a compassionate environment that supports families and staff.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure is required.
• Experience in long-term health care or facility care is preferred.
• Ability to perform essential nursing duties and respond to patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately, observing patient responses and documenting outcomes.
• Deliver individualized nursing care and coordinate with the care team.
• Maintain clear communication with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Complete documentation and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
