Job summary
Henson Park Health & Rehab in Kentucky is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time, 12-hour shifts on a 4 days/3 day rotation. Earn $35.00-$40.02 per hour plus shift differentials, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and access to Daily Pay.

Qualifications
- Active KY RN license required.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
- Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend and walk for extended periods.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards and orders.
- Plan nursing interventions and monitor implementation for each resident.
- Evaluate care effectiveness and identify problems with alternatives.
- Conduct family and resident education.
- Administer medications and treatments per policy.
- Transcribe orders and chart progress accurately.
- Report changes in condition to supervisor, physician and family.
- Follow skin management protocols and order tests timely.
- Coordinate rehab programs with therapists.
- Ensure CNA documentation and assignments are completed.
