HealthNet, Inc. is hiring a Registered Nurse in Indianapolis, IN. The role combines in-office and remote work (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) with a schedule of 8am-5pm and occasional longer shifts.

Starting pay is $31.44 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. The RN will assess and monitor patients, administer meds, collaborate with care teams, and ensure documentation and reporting to health authorities.

Qualificações

• Requires ASN nursing degree.
• Indiana RN license required.
• BSN preferred.
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Current Indiana RN license.
• BLS certification required by AHA.
• Other advanced life support may be required by unit.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient condition by observing and recording behavior.
• Conduct accurate clinical assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Assist units with equipment and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with providers and care teams.
• Assist with procedures.
• Perform point of care testing.
• Complete patient paperwork.
• Develop and maintain patient relationships.
• Report to health department.
