Job summary

Spencer Post Acute Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, assessing needs, and collaborating with physicians to develop individualized care plans.

Starting pay is $40.00 per hour with experience-based compensation. Shifts are 12-hour, 3x7 schedules. We welcome new grads with RN licensure and offer a supportive, inclusive workplace at Ensign Services-owned facility.

Qualifications

• RN License is required.
• Prior experience preferred but new grads are welcomed!

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess needs to provide the best possible care.
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures and fill in patient charts.
• Adjust and administer medications per physician’s orders.

Duties:

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts.
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.

Qualifications:

• RN License is required.
• Prior experience preferred but new grads are welcomed!
