Qualifications

Current RN nursing license is required.
CPR certification required by the state.
Prefer: at least 1 year of prior relevant experience; preferred: supervisory experience in senior living.

Responsibilities

Supervising and training the nursing staff to ensure quality of care.
Verifying the proper distribution and required documentation of medication, treatments and orders.
Participating in regular resident assessments and service planning, and coordinating with ancillary health care services as needed.
Assists with move-in and move-out processes, including tours, orientation, evaluations, and family communications.
Provides direct care during health emergencies or on-call rotations and relays resident concerns to the manager.
