Legend Senior Living in Pratt, Kansas is seeking an outstanding Licensed Practical Nurse to join our nursing team. You will support clinical services such as resident medication management, service planning and supervising the nursing staff to ensure residents receive excellent direct care.

Qualifications

• Required: current LPN nursing license and CPR certification as required by the state.
• Prefer: 1 year of prior relevant experience.
• Prefer: supervisory experience, preferably in senior living.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train nursing staff to ensure quality of care
• Verify distribution and document medications, treatments and orders
• Participate in resident assessments and care planning; coordinate with ancillary services
• Assist move-in/move-out, tours, orientation, evaluations, and family updates
• Provide direct care during emergencies or on-call rotations
• Relay resident concerns to the appropriate department manager
