Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to plan and implement professional nursing care on 2 South Surgical. The role includes patient assessment, care planning, and medication administration in a Neurosurgical/Orthopedic unit.

New graduates are welcome? with 1–2 years of related clinical experience preferred. Current NC RN license or compact licensure required; BLS certification is expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current North Carolina RN license or compact state license.
• 1–2 years of related clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plans, administers, and evaluates professional nursing care per policy.
• Assess patient needs using information to organize appropriate care.
• Administers medications as ordered by physician and monitors safety.
• Functions as charge nurse as assigned and collaborates with the care team.
