Job summary

We’re seeking a staff RN to join our hospital-based team at MultiCare Health System. This 0.75 FTE role features 12-hour day shifts and opportunities to utilize specialized training within a multidisciplinary care setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Washington State RN license required (or multi-state endorsement).
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per hospital policies.
• Collaborate with nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
