Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Weekend Pediatric Trach and Vent RN for our Delaware Pediatric North Office.

You will provide skilled nursing care in clients' homes, travel to assigned homes on a schedule you choose, and work closely with the clinical team to ensure high-quality pediatric care. The role offers flexible weekend shifts, competitive pay up to $43/hour, paid orientation, and comprehensive BAYADA benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduations for an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Responsibilities

Immediate need for Weekend Pediatric Trach and Vent Nurses - $41-$43/hour

Our BAYADA Delaware Pediatric North Office is interested in a Registered Nurse ( RN ) who has a passion for pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing Team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality of care delivered with compassion, excellence and reliability.

• On your paid first day, you can expect to meet the team and we will go over your availability and discuss possible schedules that will fit your lifestyle and our client needs. You will meet with our clinical educator and schedule any training you may need or want. Lunch will be provided and some BAYADA swag!
• During your paid Orientation, you will work on some training with our clinical educator in the SIM lab. Documentation training, fit testing and ID badge will also be completed. All training is paid as well! We also provide you with refreshments.
• On your first day in the client home, you will be orientating with another BAYADA nurse to make sure you feel comfortable and it's a good fit.

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits:

• Traditional shifts (8's, 10's or 12's)
• Hands-on care with only one client per day
• Building client relationships and watching their milestones
• Client age ranges from infant to young adult.
