Job summary

The Emily Program is relocating its site to Aurora, OH, starting from Cleveland Heights before the December move. The RN position is part-time (16 hours/week) on the 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) with rotating weekends and holidays.

Candidates must be Ohio-licensed RNs with a valid driver’s license and BLS certification within 30 days of hire. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an RN in Ohio.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be authorized to drive.
• Current Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days from date of hire.
• Experience or strong desire to work in a mental health setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor clients to address health concerns.
• Provide medication management education and administration in inpatient/residential settings.
• Assist and coordinate medical care with providers.
• Coordinate medical care among patient, provider, staff, family and outside agencies.
• Serve as a resource for client medical needs and information.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to create appropriate treatment plans.

Position Overview

Upcoming site relocation to Aurora, OH. The position will initially be based in Cleveland Heights and will relocate to Aurora in December.

Schedule

• Part-time, 16 hours/week
• 3rd shift, 10p-6:30a
• Rotating weekends and holidays required

Compensation Disclosure

• Registered Nurses: Starting hourly range between $34.00-38.00
• Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position

How Nurses Empower Recovery

• Provides client care through assessment, monitoring, and intervention to address health concerns appropriately
• Provides medication management including education, assessing adherence, administration in the inpatient and residential setting only, and monitoring for side effects in collaboration with provider
• Assists and supports medical and psychiatric providers with medical care coordination
• Provides medical care coordination between patient, provider, staff, family and outside care agencies as needed
• Serves as a staff resource for client medical needs and information
• Partners with the treatment team to create the appropriate treatment plan for each client
