Job summary

Viability Inc in West Springfield, MA, is seeking a Registered Nurse to administer medications, perform G‑tube feeding, and manage nursing duties per individual service plans while documenting all prescribed medications. The RN will assess health concerns and implement therapeutic programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide supervision to nursing staff.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, with a starting rate of $40.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must hold an MA RN License.
• One year of human service experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Demonstrated reliability and dependability.
• Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.

Summary:

The Health Services Specialist 5 is responsible for medication administration, G-tube feeding, other nursing duties as described in individual service plans, and documentation of all prescribed medication for members. Responsible for assessing and attending to member’s health concerns and issues, as well as developing and implementing therapeutic programs. The RN ensures programmatic and contractual obligations are met, works in accordance with regulatory and medical requirements, and provides supervision and training to nursing staff in identified areas.

Qualifications:
