Viability, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse in West Springfield to administer medications and support G-tube feeding, following individual service plans. The RN will document care, assess health concerns, and implement therapeutic programs while meeting regulatory requirements.

The role includes oversight and training for nursing staff, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm and a starting rate of $40 per hour. Comprehensive benefits apply for full-time staff.

Position: Registered Nurse

Summary:

• The Health Services Specialist 5 is responsible for medication administration, G-tube feeding, other nursing duties as described in individual service plans, and documentation of all prescribed medication for members. Responsible for assessing and attending to member’s health concerns and issues, as well as developing and implementing therapeutic programs. The RN ensures programmatic and contractual obligations are met, works in accordance with regulatory and medical requirements, and provides supervision and training to nursing staff in identified areas.
  

Qualifications:

• Must hold a MA RN License
• One year of human service experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Demonstrated reliability and dependability.
• Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.
