Provide outstanding patient care: Deliver compassionate and personalized care to patients with diverse needs, including those receiving onsite dialysis treatments.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor and document patient progress: Accurately record patient information, vital signs, and treatments to ensure continuity of care and effective communication.
Maintain a safe and clean environment: Ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff, adhering to infection control protocols and regulatory standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives: Contribute to quality improvement efforts by sharing best practices, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes.

Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio
Current CPR certification and adherence to infection control protocols
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients (with assistance as needed)
