Warren Nursing & Rehab is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art facility focused on rehabilitation. You will work with a dedicated team to empower patients toward their maximum potential and deliver personalized care within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include delivering outstanding patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate progress records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio.
• Current CPR certification and adherence to infection control protocols.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients (with assistance as needed).

• Provide outstanding patient care: deliver compassionate, personalized care to patients including those on onsite dialysis.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress with accurate vital signs and treatments.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives by sharing best practices and implementing changes.
