Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a mission-driven healthcare system serving its community for over 180 years. The role offers full-time hours with day and night shifts and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

You'll provide direct nursing care, monitor patients, administer IV medications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across acute care and rehab settings. A valid Ohio RN license and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS (AHA) required or obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in acute care and rehab settings.
• Perform telemetry and cardiac monitoring.
• Administer IV medications, blood products, and pain management therapies.
• Conduct neurological assessments and patient/family education.
• Support mobility, transfers, wound care, and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
