Job summary

Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care

$20,000 sign‑on bonus available for qualified applicants.

Schedule

3×12 hour shifts one week / 4×12 hour shifts the next week, nights (7 a‑7 p), rotating weekends.

How you’ll contribute

A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

  • Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient’s condition.
  • Establishes a plan of care appropriate to identified problems and involves the patient according to their capabilities and preferences.
  • Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care.
  • Documents patient care delivered.
  • Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
  • Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
  • Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
  • Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides appropriate education based on age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
  • Advocates for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.

What we’re looking for
