Job summary

Oak View Health and Rehabilitation in South Conway, SC seeks a compassionate registered nurse to deliver high-quality patient care within a collaborative team. You will monitor patients, communicate observations to physicians, and participate in individualized care planning to ensure excellent outcomes.

• Observe and interpret patient symptoms and report to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure, injections, etc.) and document charts.
• Administer medications per physician orders and adjust as directed.

Duties:

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice

• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders

• Prior experience preferred but new grads are welcomed!
