Job summary

Oak View Health and Rehabilitation in South Carolina is seeking an LPN to join our patient care team. You will monitor patients, collaborate with physicians and nurses, and help implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• LPN license required.
• Prior experience preferred but new grads welcome.
• Ability to provide patient care under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and change of conditions, and communicate them to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts.
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.
