Job summary

Elara Caring in California seeks a Registered Nurse Home Health with compassion to deliver patient-centered care in patients' homes. You will perform assessments, follow plans of care, educate families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and quality.

A valid RN license and 1+ year of clinical nursing experience are required; Home Health experience is preferred. This full-time role offers benefits, a 401(k) match, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and a driving requirement to travel

As a Registered Nurse Home Health, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
