Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health to provide patient-centered care in home settings across Oklahoma. You will assess patients, perform initial and ongoing evaluations, and plan care according to physician orders while maintaining HIPAA privacy.

Travel between patient homes will be required. A current RN license, nursing degree, and at least one year of clinical experience are needed; Home Health experience is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and tuition assistance.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, ADN or BSN).
• 1+ year of nursing experience in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse Home Health, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Assessing patients to determine their care needs.

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
