Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for Guadalupe Correctional Facility in Santa Rosa, NM.

You will lead, teach, and advocate, assessing health needs, administering medications, and guiding treatment plans within the correctional setting. You will collaborate with healthcare and correctional staff to maintain safety and standards, mentor colleagues, and respond to crises while supporting patient education and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN license in state of practice and 1-2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred).
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high-pressure settings.
• A compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical and mental health needs and administer medications.
• Guide treatment plans from start to finish and support patient education.
• Collaborate with healthcare and correctional staff to maintain safety and standards across the unit.
• Manage medications and mentor staff; respond to crises as needed.

FACILITY: Guadalupe Correctional Facility

LOCATION: Santa Rosa, NM

PAY RATE: Up to $55.00 + applicable shift differentials

You'll play a key role in supporting patient education, making timely referrals, and helping maintain safety and standards across the unit.
