Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse at Guadalupe Correctional Facility in Santa Rosa, NM.

You will deliver hands-on care under RNs and medical providers, administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and supporting wound care and documentation in a correctional setting. The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork with a multidisciplinary team, and a commitment to patient dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted LPN license in state of practice.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred).
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high-pressure settings.

Responsabilités

LOCATION: Santa Rosa, NM

PAY RATE: Up to $45.00 + applicable shift differentials

Position Summary

As an LPN at our facility, you'll play a hands‑on role in delivering care to a vulnerable population under the guidance of RNs and medical providers. Some responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Assisting with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions
• Taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions
• Providing wound care and changing dressings
• Supporting documentation and care planning
• Promoting hygiene, sanitation, and a safe environment for all patients
• Serving as a vital part of a multidisciplinary treatment team
