Role Description

This is an, on-site Registered Nurse role based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessments, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and support for minor procedures under physician direction. Responsibilities include coordinating patient flow, preparing exam rooms, documenting care accurately in medical records, and reinforcing care plans and discharge instructions. Additionally, the role will support care coordination of care plans on behalf of patients with other providers and health services. The nurse will collaborate closely with physicians, other clinical and staff to ensure a safe, comfortable experience and high-quality outcomes. The role also involves patient education, communication with families, and adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Puerto Rico and compliance with all local regulatory requirements.
• Fully Bi-lingual - English & Spanish
• Clinical patient care skills including assessment, medication administration, and basic procedures in outpatient or primary care settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff in a concierge care environment.
• Proficiency in accurate documentation, electronic health record (EHR) usage, and attention to detail for maintaining patient safety and privacy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and support smooth patient flow in a high-service clinical setting.
• Commitment to compassionate, culturally sensitive, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory care for diverse patient populations.
• Basic life support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in San Juan with flexibility in scheduling, including potential evenings or weekends as needed.
