The Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse will be responsible for resident care and directing nursing staff. The RN is expected to develop the plan of care and collaborate with physicians, therapists and nursing assistants. The RN will also monitor assigned staff to ensure that all safety regulations are upheld.
Charge Nurse (RN or LVN) will provide nursing care within scope of practice to ensure patient’s needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies as well as state, federal and local guidelines.
