Greenberg-Larraby, Inc. (GLI) seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced primary care setting in Dayton, Ohio, collaborating with physicians and staff to assess needs, administer treatments, educate patients, and promote positive health outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in Ohio, ADN or BSN (BSN preferred), current BLS (ACLS preferred), at least 1 year of direct patient care, and strong communication and organizational skills to

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in the state of practice or eligibility.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (ADN or BSN required; BSN preferred).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred; may be required for certain clinical assignments.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of direct patient care experience within the past three (3) years.
  • Experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, medical-surgical, emergency department, telemetry, or critical care preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment, patient education, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation software.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Current CPR certification preferred if not included with BLS certification.
  • Must be U.S. Citizen or hold Green Card.

Job Description
