Job summary

Fertility Centers of New England (FCNE) in Reading, MA seeks a Registered Nurse (Fertility) to support patients through telephone triage, education on plans and medications, and pre/post operative follow-up. The role also coordinates diagnostic testing and treatment schedules with physicians.

You will document interactions in the EMR, lead orientation and injection teaching, and provide PACU recovery care after egg retrievals.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience preferred; women's health/fertility a plus.
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills; proficiency with EMR.

Responsibilities

• Support patients through telephone triage, education on treatment plans, medications, injections, and procedures, and pre/post operative follow up.
• Coordinate diagnostic testing and treatment schedules for patients beginning fertility cycles with physicians.
• Document patient interactions accurately in the EMR; coordinate care with satellite offices and outside labs.
• Lead patient orientation and injection teaching sessions; train as Reviewing RN for daily cycle monitoring.
• Provide PACU recovery care after egg retrievals and other office-based procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and the broader team to deliver safe, compassionate care.
