Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our facility, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our residents and be part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Available RN Shifts:

• 8-Hour Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• 12-Hour Weekend Shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; every other weekend (WORK 24 HOURS - GET PAID FOR 30 HOURS!)

Registered Nurse (RN) Key Duties:

• Administer and document medications and treatments
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition
• Prepare for and assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with diagnostic procedures and treatments
• Observe, document, and report residents' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition
• Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians and appropriate members of the clinical team
• Provide direction and support to nursing staff as appropriate
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team
• Perform other nursing-related duties as required

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Alabama
• Current CPR certification
• Long-term care or related experience is a plus
