Job summary

Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Prichard, Alabama. This position supports residents in a long-term care setting and offers full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts with flexible weekend options.

Responsibilities include administering medications, performing assessments, and collaborating with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN license in the State of Alabama.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care or related experience is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document medications and treatments.
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor residents' condition.
• Prepare for and assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Observe, document, and report residents' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians and appropriate members of the clinical team.
• Provide direction and support to nursing staff as appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Perform other nursing-related duties as required.

Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our facility, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our residents and be part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Available RN Shifts:

• 8-Hour Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• 12-Hour Weekend Shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; every other weekend (WORK 24 HOURS - GET PAID FOR 30 HOURS!)
