Job summary

Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Eight Mile, AL is seeking a compassionate RN to join our resident-focused team. We offer flexible shifts, including full-time, part-time and PRN, with 8- and 12-hour weekend options.

As an RN you will administer medications, perform assessments, monitor residents, assist physicians, document care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Alabama RN license and CPR certification are required; new graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN license in Alabama.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care or related experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• New Graduate RNs welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document medications and treatments
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition
• Prepare for and assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with diagnostic procedures and treatments
• Observe, document, and report residents' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition
• Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians and appropriate members of the clinical team
• Provide direction and support to nursing staff as appropriate
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team
• Perform other nursing-related duties as required

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our facility, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our residents and be part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Available RN Shifts:

• 8-Hour Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• 12-Hour Weekend Shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; every other weekend (WORK 24 HOURS - GET PAID FOR 30 HOURS!)
