Job summary

Florence Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Florence, AL is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, supervise CNAs, coordinate with physicians, and contribute to care planning to support residents and families with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Alabama.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or a related setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and clinical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers and records medications and treatments.
• Observes and reports patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals.
• Manage and supervise nursing staff including CNA’s, to ensure the delivery of excellent resident care.

Our long-term care facility is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing compassionate care to the elderly population.
