Job summary

Wexford Health Sources, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse for the Yavapai County Detention Center in Prescott, AZ. In this correctional setting, you will assess health needs, administer medications, and collaborate with medical and custody staff to deliver compassionate care.

You'll play a key role in supporting patient education, making timely referrals, and helping maintain safety and standards across the unit. What You’ll Need

• Active unrestricted RN license in state of practice and 1-2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred).
